I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I had to write this one. Todd was amazing to work with from the very beginning. He is always putting the needs of his client first. He had a very good eye and was able to determine what exactly I needed. I told him the requirements and he understood what I wanted and was able to come through. He treated me with the utmost respect and was able to address all my concerns. He was very knowledgeable with his research of the neighborhood and really understands the Los Angeles area particularly the West Hollywood and Hollywood areas. He was very down to earth. I felt like he always had my best interests in need and was always available to me and guide me in the process.

We must have stressed him out so much that he took 2 weeks off right after closing our home! These guys are great and always do what they say they will do. They spent a lot of time with us showing us MANY properties and always advised us on the pro's and con's. They are very knowledgeable and definitely know the market and area! We are clients for life and would highly recommend them as we couldn't have asked for a more professional team.

Working with Todd was a breeze. He is very low key. When ever I had any questions or need to get a hold of him he responded very quickly. No question is too difficult and he is able to provide me with all the relevant resources and answers that I needed. The experience was much less stressful than I expected because of his ability to keep me informed through the entire process.
