The Hattam House designed by John Rolf Hattam c. 1993 put the Groove in Groovy. The architecture has a sculptural modern feel. Dramatic spaces, interior and exterior have a distinctively mid-century feel, the decks and courtyard reflects the environment with a seamless connection. An abundance of doors and windows look out to a very natural, private setting. Truly an innovative design with surprising space, voluminous ceilings in the living room and open and airy feel. Clearly influenced by California Modernism with a curvy twist in the mix. Once the place of inspiration and music production by artist John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival. The separate Guest House held many a jam session.
