This condo was lovingly remodeled about 5 years ago, and has not been well-kempt over the last few years by its tenants. The once lush landscaping is overgrown, the custom front gate is partially covered, and the beautiful pavers and tile (installed to make the backyard a true oasis once upon a time) have been abused by the dogs that live there.
