You will never find a more private cabin. This cabin is 2 miles down Los Huecos , than at the gate you go in 1/2 mile. It is surrounded by beautiful big trees, and quiet. The bed bedroom has a lg glass window that faces east so that in the morning sun come into you bed. Its like sleeping outside( without bugs). You wake up looking at the forest and possibly deer or wild turkeys. The inside is all one room with the rustic kitchen at one end. It has a wood burning stove plus a wall heater. [Supplement]: This cabin is located in the Cleveland Nat Forest. It is on a special use permit. The fee for the permit is $1724 a year. The permit is for 20 years and will be up in 2028. You only own the cabin not the land. Water is approx $400 a year and is based on useage. Than you have taxes and ins. 3 Things, cabins are cash only, you cant get loans on them, cant use them as rentals and cant live in them full time. Its all propane. the cabin locks up for security but has skylights for light inside.
