The owner has put in great sun shades on the patio to keep the unit a little cooler in the summer time. All windows have been replaced with dual pane windows and both bathrooms have newer highboy toilets and flooring. The Living room has a front entry door and a sliding glass door which makes for great ventilation when you open the house up. The carpet has been cleaned and should have a few more years life. The kitchen stove is about two years and so is the refrigerator which will stay in the unit for the new owner. Everywhere you look out is greenery, on the hill beside the unit and the windows along the back side of the condo. This is a great condo for someone that appreciates stairs and the good benefits they afford regarding cardio exercise. You get a lot more for your dollar in this unit for a very fair price.
